Batami joined Pinnacle as General Manager for Primary Health Care Ltd in August 2022. She brings to the role many years of experience managing healthcare organisations, including fertility services in Te Manawa Taki (the Midland region) and across Aotearoa. Her MBA and strong business acumen in both private and public settings support her role as an operational leader.

Batami is passionate about leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal through improved efficiency, robust systems and most importantly; relationship building, mutual respect and a strong sense of loyalty.
