Wayne Mulligan

Founding Māori partner representative - Tui Ora Limited

Wayne graduated in 2003 with a Master of Management specialising in business research and systems thinking from the University of Auckland. He has 25 years of business experience, including executive management, marketing, negotiations, and finance.

Wayne is currently the CEO of FOMANA Capital, a New Zealand-Aotearoa export support business program that assists indigenous businesses to go to the market with value added products, systems and services. He is also the executive director of Iwi Investor, New Zealand's only 100 per cent Māori owned company.

Wayne has been involved in business delegations on free trade agreements, and twice has been part of Prime Minister-led business delegations to China, Singapore and Indonesia.

He is also a registered financial advisor and has a Certificate in Māori Studies from the University of Waikato.
